Treatment plans are tailored to each individual based on the initial assessment and consultation process. Please also note that treatments DO NOT need to be sports related.

Treatment sessions take approximately one hour. The first session will go a little over the hour as I will need to ask that you complete a consultation form and I may carry out a number of tests to help me identify how best you can be treated.

​The treatment itself will involve a variety of massage, trigger point and muscle energy techniques to help reduce muscle tension, alleviate pain and improve range of motion.
